Are all zackbook applications included?
Package scope is agreed before onboarding. vetpro, the lab application, and zackbook-desk are separate applications; ask which applications and integrations are included in your proposal.
Can we bring our existing records?
Share the format and scope of your existing records during the discussion. Import feasibility, data preparation, and any migration work need to be confirmed before you switch.
What about pricing, training, and support?

Do we need approved desktops?
Hospitals can choose to restrict staff access to approved desktops. Administrators can manage approvals from the browser. We will review devices, connectivity, and access requirements with you before setup.
